The professional association of gastronomy and catering equipment (GGKA) has evaluated the services of its suppliers for the 16th time. The winners were announced at the end of the first exhibition day of Intergastra, which takes place from 3rd to 7th February 2018 in Stuttgart.
The GGKA was founded by a circle of entrepreneurs as a representation of interests of the specialised trade already 30 years ago. The aim of the association is to create a balance to the industry for more competitive justice and equal opportunity.
At this year’s Intergastra, the international trade fair for gastronomy and hotel industry, which has developed into one of the most important industry events in Europe, the GGKA awarded Thermoplan Deutschland GmbH as «Bestpartner 2018|2019». Mr Sven Schilliger, Chief Sales Officer of Thermoplan AG proudly accepted the certificate and glass award in representation of Mr Wolfgang Peterka, Managing Director of Thermoplan Deutschland GmbH.
Thermoplan Deutschland GmbH convinced compared to its counterpart in the criteria technical execution and quality, complaint/susceptibility to faults, delivery reliability, fairness, sales policy, sales support and revenue realisation with an average grade of 2.42. The award in the category of coffee machines goes to Thermoplan.
„To receive this award means for us that we are on the right track. Achieving maximum customer satisfaction with our corporate culture and our products is central to us. We work every day to meet high demands. It’s hard work, but it’s really fun”, said Wolfgang Peterka meaningfully and with a satisfied grin.
