Weggis, 01.09.2019. The nutrition of employees is an important concern for the management of Thermoplan AG. This is a reason to offer all permanent employees the daily lunch in the company’s own canteen.
It is lunchtime at Thermoplan and from 4 different plants, around 250 employees come to the canteen for lunch. The place of cuisine is also a central meeting place. The daily lunch is a functional component that connects people and shows that there is a team-based work culture at Thermoplan.
The kitchen team of four prepares mainly regional specialities every day and processes the delicious menus.
The credo is: The food should taste good, should be nutritious and healthy and of course freshly prepared.
Because eating together is of great importance. This meeting of colleagues from all departments promotes the development of ideas. The free lunch helps to ensure that lunch breaks are not spend at the desk. The convenience of Thermoplan employees supports operational health and team spirit.
