Welcome Young Talents!

Training young talent is very important to us. We are deeply committed to supporting our trainees and creating an environment where they can grow both professionally and personally. Because we are convinced that well-trained young professionals are the foundation for a successful future.

This year, we are pleased to welcome ten new apprentices to Thermoplan. They are beginning their apprenticeships in the fields of design, logistics, facilities management, automation, IT, business administration, and mechanics.

To kick things off, our new apprentices can look forward to a varied onboarding programme. During the first two weeks, they’ll get to know Thermoplan, our products, and the world of coffee, make their first connections, and gain exciting insights into their future roles. Together with their vocational trainers and their teams, they’ll lay the ideal foundation for a successful start to their apprenticeships.

We’re excited to support our new apprentices on their journey and wish them a successful start and many exciting experiences at Thermoplan.
