Crazy September 2026

"Crazy September" has now become an integral part of Thermoplan’s corporate culture, almost as much a given as good coffee. This year, once again, the motto was: break out of the usual routine and embrace new perspectives and shared experiences.

Through a variety of work events, our employees swapped their familiar workstations for new tasks, got a behind-the-scenes look at other departments, and experienced together just how versatile Thermoplan is. Whether it was a peek into the kitchen or bakery, job-sharing in production, or presentations on current projects in research and development, the range of events had a lot to offer! Great after-work events were also organized: from after-work hikes to bike rides, rowing sessions, and car meets, there was something for everyone.

During these cross-departmental exchanges, people rolled up their sleeves, contributed ideas, and perhaps even discovered a new favorite task or two. Those who usually sit at a desk got to know other workflows and vice versa. This not only provided exciting insights but also fostered an even better understanding of one another.

Of course, alongside all this dedication, the most important thing wasn’t missing: plenty of fun. Little surprises, shared experiences, and many great conversations made Crazy September a month that will be remembered for a long time to come.

We look back on a successful Crazy September with a smile and say thank you to everyone who participated, organized, and made this month so special.

And one thing is certain: After Crazy September is before Crazy September. We’re already looking forward to the next round next year!
