E-Bike Charging Station Challenge in the Canton of Schwyz

As part of a joint project between EWS, Schwyz Tourism, and the Central Switzerland Bike Cooperative, 14 e-bike charging stations were installed in the canton of Schwyz. This forward-looking project was made possible thanks to the generous support of various partners, including Thermoplan AG, as a sponsor and the Canton of Schwyz. Together, we are helping to promote sustainable mobility and further develop the region’s attractive cycling offerings.

Here’s how it works: The E-Bike Charging Station Challenge runs from June through October 2026. All (e-)bikers are cordially invited to participate: Visit one or more of the 14 charging stations, take a photo of yourself or your bike, and upload it along with your contact information via the online form.

Each charging station counts as one entry—visiting multiple locations increases your chances of winning. Only one entry per charging station is allowed. In the fall of 2026, attractive prizes will be raffled off among all participants.
