Review of Future Day 2025

On this year's Future Day, we welcomed 34 of our employees' children to Thermoplan. The day began with an exciting tour of the company, during which the young visitors asked lots of fascinating and curious questions.

Immediately afterwards, they had a snack together before the children were able to realize themselves in three varied workshops

• In logistics, they were able to store and retrieve their own Thermoplan Capis
• In Development, they were able to grind their own coffee using a manual grinder
• In Production, they were able to assemble their own refrigerators

In addition to the fact that many children attended the workshops, some were also able to accompany their parents or friends directly to the workplace, giving them a direct insight into their everyday working lives. One particular highlight was the Q&A session with our CEO Adrian Steiner. Four children were able to take on the role of a reporter and question Adrian on a wide range of topics with great enthusiasm and imagination. The Future Day provided valuable insights, aroused curiosity and was a lot of fun for everyone involved. Perhaps we will be able to welcome one or two of the young guests back to Thermoplan in a few years' time, but then as employees.
