Host 2023 - Coffee, innovations and partnerships

It was a wonderful five days at Host in Milan! From 13 to 17 October, we unveiled our latest products and innovations at our brand new stand. 

Under the motto "New Innovations. Fresh design. Endless enthusiasm", we welcomed numerous visitors from all over the world for five days to present our Black&White4 family to them on site. The star of our trade fair appearance was the Black&White4 CTS. Its multifunctional steam lance caused a sensation, especially the AirSteam™ and AutoSteam functions impressed. With the lance, our stand staff conjured up delicious cappuccinos in no time at all - including latte art. 

The PX module of the Black&White4 neo, which can be used to create excellent milk foam from milk powder, also attracted many visitors to the stand. The focus was also on Thermoplan's own telemetry system ThermoplanConnect, especially the new remote access option. The sales team gave a live presentation of the numerous advantages of this system for the maintenance of Thermoplan fully automatic coffee machines. 

However, we were not alone at the fair. We were accompanied by the start-up Mikafi, with whom Thermoplan has had a strong and close partnership since the beginning of 2022. Mikafi presented their groundbreaking roasting solution, which enables coffee roasting for cafés, restaurants and hotels without special expertise. Many of our guests excitedly grabbed their smartphones to take videos as coffee beans were roasted on site. The smell of freshly roasted coffee beans gave the stand a unique ambience. 

An exciting and intense time has now come to an end. We look back on a successful fair and are very satisfied with our performance. Preparations will soon begin for the next host edition, which will take place from 17 to 21 October 2025. We are already looking forward to it - ciao e arrivederci!
