Machine loses water

A small leak can usually be located and repaired quickly. To do this, pour some cold water into the drip tray and observe where the water comes out. If it comes out at the front, the drip tray may not be positioned correctly - press it firmly into place. If the water comes out of the middle of the machine, the drain hose may be loose - check the connection and reattach it if necessary. If the drip tray fills up, the problem is probably with the main drain - check that the drain hose has a slope to the drain so that the water can drain properly.
