Black and White

Black&White in a glass - inspired by our Thermoplan Black&White fully automatic coffee machine

Smooth white chocolate meets bold espresso.

What you need

  • 30 g white chocolate
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Dark chocolate chunks 

How to make it:

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Then combine it with the milk and froth until smooth and creamy. Pour the frothed white chocolate milk into a glass. Slowly pour the espresso over it to create the signature black and white contrast. Finally, garnish with dark chocolate pieces.
