Flaming Smores Latte

You will need:

• 5-6 crushed graham crackers
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 shots of espresso
• 1 dl milk of your choice
• Chocolate syrup
• 4 large marshmallows

1. Roll the rim of your mug in water or simple syrup and coat it in the crushed crackers.
2. Put the espresso shots into the mug.
3. In a separate mug, add your milk and the vanilla extract, froth it and pour it into the cookie coated coffee mug.
4. Add marshmallows and chocolate syrup to the top.
5. Carefully use a kitchen torch to slightly burn the marshmallows.
