Pumpkin Spice Latte

Spicy, creamy, irresistibly delicious!

With this fall recipe, every sip is a delight - the perfect blend of spices and creamy coffee!

Here is what you'll need!

Syrup:

  • 1.5 dl maple syrup
  • 4 pinches of cinnamon
  • 3 pinches ground ginger

Pumpkin puree:

  • 400 g butternut pumpkin, diced
  • 1 dl water

Spice Latte:

  • 1 espresso
  • 2 tbsp syrup
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
  2. In a cup, combine 1.5 dl maple syrup with three pinches of ground ginger and four pinches of cinnamon.
  3. Mix 1 dl of water with 400 g of butternut pumpkin, then process it into a smooth puree. Transfer the puree to a glass.
  4. Add 1.5 dl of milk to the puree and stir well.
  5. Prepare 1 espresso separately in a glass.
  6. Finally, pour the syrup and milk mixture into the espresso.
