Coffee flows too fast
Espresso that passes through too quickly often tastes thin or bitter. First check the freshness of the beans and clean the bean container. If necessary, carry out a cleaning cycle and test again.

A slow espresso often tastes weak and puts a strain on the machine. First check the beans for freshness and clean the bean container. If the problem persists, clean the outlet nozzle or run a cleaning cycle and test again.
Machine loses water
A small leak can usually be located and repaired quickly. To do this, pour some cold water into the drip tray and observe where the water comes out. If it comes out at the front, the drip tray may not be sitting correctly - press it firmly into place. If the water comes out of the middle of the machine, the drain hose may be loose - check the connection and reattach it if necessary. If the drip tray fills up, the problem is probably with the main drain - check that the drain hose has a slope to the drain so that the water can drain properly.
The coffee machine's screen has run out of power
First check whether other devices are also affected - in the event of a power failure, a qualified electrician should be called in. If the orange indicator light behind the record drawer lights up, it may only be necessary to restart the appliance. If not, check the fuse box and call in a specialist if necessary.
Bean container is missing or empty
