neo guarantees consistently high quality whatever time of day the coffee is served and no matter how old the coffee beans are. The robust Clip&Click brewing chamber system enables multiple brewing cycles, meaning that large coffee beverages of consistently high quality can be dispensed in one go. It is made of the latest materials and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

neo is designed to make our customers’ lives easier: Thanks to the cup recognition function, no beverage is dispensed if the cup is not positioned correctly under the spout. Optional accessories are available such as a second coffee grinder and bean hopper, a powder unit for chocolate or milk powder, a steam wand for plant-based milk varieties, and external hot water outlets for tea. All containers can be locked if required – ideal for self-service areas. neo is equipped with a manual insert for an additional (decaffeinated) coffee variety as standard.

Preset recipes mean that the machine can be used right away. The touch screen can be customised with different views, images, videos, and products, and the display can be set for use in up to six languages. At present, the machine itself offers up to 27 different languages. User groups make it possible to set different levels of access, making it safer for self-service. When the machine is operated by serving staff, the queue function is a must; beverage orders can be entered one after the other and employees can focus on what really matters: the customer.

Thanks to ThermoplanConnect, neo is capable of two-way communication and can be equipped with IoT solutions: intelligent data analysis; traceability of all machines; error handling; smart monitoring; installation of recipes or software updates; intelligent fleet overview; and much more. The touchless application enables beverages to be dispensed without having to touch the machine. The large 10-inch display can be customised with images and videos and therefore used for advertising. Push notifications let you know what is going on with the machine.
