Almond Masala

Time for a comforting drink!

The cold season is perfect for warming up with a cup of almond masala. A wonderful way to do something good for yourself on icy days.

Preparation time: 15 min

You will need:

  • 180ml almond milk
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of coriander
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 espresso shot
  • Roasted almonds
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation:

1. Heat 130ml of almond milk together with the cocoa powder and spices
2. Froth the remaining 50ml of almond milk and pour it over the mixture
3. Slowly pour in the espresso
4. Decorate with cocoa powder, chocolate rasps and roasted almonds
