Iced latte with caramel cookie

You will need:

  • 1 espresso
  • 250 - 300 ml milk (e.g. whole milk or oat milk)
  • 1-2 tsp Lotus spread (cookie cream)
  • caramel syrup

Preparation:

First stir the milk together with the Lotus spread with a whisk until creamy and everything has dissolved well.
Then carefully pour some caramel syrup along the inside rim of the glass.
Then add ice cubes to the glass.
Now slowly pour the prepared lotus milk over the ice cubes.
The next step is to carefully pour the espresso over the top.
Finally, some frothed milk is added on top to make the drink particularly creamy.
