Gingerbread latte

A wintry moment of pleasure in the cup: spicy, creamy and pleasantly sweet.

You will need:

  • Double espresso
  • 200-250 ml oat milk
  • 2 teaspoons date syrup
  • 1-2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling

Steps:

  1. Pour the oat milk, date syrup and gingerbread spice into the jug.
  2. Bring to the boil until warm and creamy.
  3. Brew your espresso.
  4. Pour the spiced milk into a glass and then add the espresso.
  5. Finish with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon (or cookie crumbs).

Enjoy your homemade gingerbread latte and let yourself be inspired by the atmospheric winter wonderland.
