Toasted Marshmallow Latte

What you need for the syrup:

• 200 g marshmallows
• 200 ml water
• 80-100 g sugar

For the latte:

• 2-3 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup
• 200 ml hot and frothy milk of your choice
• 1 espresso shot
• Mini marshmallows to garnish
