Passion de Brasil – Passion Fruit Espresso Tonic

You will need:

• 1 passion fruit
• Juice of ¼ lemon
• Ice cubes
• 1 double espresso (freshly brewed)
• tonic water
• 1 large glass

For a particularly attractive presentation, garnish with a slice of lemon or some extra passion fruit pulp. This not only gives the drink a fresh look but also a more intense tropical flavor.

• Add the passion fruit pulp and lemon juice to a large glass.
• Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.
• Brew a double shot of espresso and slowly pour it over the ice cubes.
• Top off with tonic water.
• Stir briefly if desired and enjoy immediately.
